A veteran here at St. Catherines, Ms. Savino has been teaching for 27 years.   Her first four years were at St. Louis deMontfort in OakLawn, and the rest of her educational career has been here at SCL!  She started out in a 3/4 split classroom in Oaklawn. At SCL she has taught 3rd, 4th (for many, many years), then 7th and currently teaches 8th grade.   Ms. Savino also is the current Athletic Director, so when she isn't in her classroom, you will likely find her in the gymnasium coaching basketball, leading a camp, or running our annual Oktoberfest Booster Club event!

Ms. Savino graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin.

"I enjoyed school as a child and my fourth grade teacher at OLPH was an excellent role model in my eyes. I like being able to challenge my students and seeing them succeed."
