Fred Greif
Having attended Fenwick High Schoool and graduating Benedictine University (cum laude), Mr. Grief is a product of Catholic education himself.  He then went on to graduate John Marshall law school graduating in the top 15% of his class.  He was admitted into the Illinois Bar in 2005.  However, while studying for the bar, he substituted at SCL and just fell in love with the place.  "The rest as they say, is history" shares "Mr. G.".  Mr. Grief is entering his eigth year at SCL!

Mr. Grief is currently a junior high math instructor and the Physical Education teacher for grades 1st through 8th.  He also coaches basketball at SCL, and football at Faith, Hope and Charity.  He also runs the ever-so-popular basketball camps for grades 1st through 8th.  His amazing school spirit and positive attitude are infectious which is very motivational for all students that come in contact with him.

He is a die hard Cub fan, loves poker, golf, and 16" softball, and also loves to watch Animal Planet.
