I attended the University of Illinois and received my bachelor's degree in psychology. I then received my master's degree in elementary education from National-Louis University. I also have an ESL endorsement. 

Before coming to SCL, I worked at a KinderCare Learning Center for five years, teaching preschool, prekindergarten, and running a tutoring program for phonics, reading, math, Spanish, and music.

I believe in experiential learning and providing children with opportunities for exploration and creativity. I love teaching young children and being able to see them gain new knowledge and discover their interests.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, reading, and traveling.
